General Weddings Questions
I've just got engaged and want to get married, but I don't know where to start?
Most people start by deciding where they want to get married as depending on where it is, booking a venue is often what needs to be the most fixed part of planning a wedding. After that, you and your fiance will start looking at everything and anything from bridal wear to stag nights. Use the Weddings Diary to allow everyone concerned with your wedding to have up to date and easy access to your plans.

When is a good time to start booking everything?
As soon as possible! Although weddings can be organised quickly when you put your mind to it, it probably best to allow a minimum of six months. Most brides plan a year in advance. This decision might be dictated by the availability of your chosen venue etc.

Is the venue the thing I have to book up first?
You don't have to, but it's a good idea as generally venues in the North East and UK in general are fully booked up to 2 years in advance. If you consider getting married on a day other than Saturday, you have more chance of getting the wedding venue and date you require.

I want a big church wedding and a big venue - it is still ok to have a buffet isn't it?
These days anything goes and if that's what you want then you should hold out for that. Many people choose to hold their wedding receptions in a marquee at venues if they are a large party and buffets would not be considered unusual at all. Look under caterers in your local county to see the choice. Alternatively, ask the venue what buffet facilities they can offer.

I am thinking about hiring a wedding planner, but don't want to lose control of what's happening - how would I find out what is best for me?
All wedding planners have a consultation with the bride and it is at this point you can discuss what you would like to be involved in and what you would like taken off your hands. You will generally find you are so grateful for the expertise and help, you will relish being able to enjoy the lead up to your wedding.

What is Your Crowning Glory?
Crowning glory is the name we have given to our ecommerce shop that will allow you to purchase all wedding accessories.

What range of products do you supply ?
Currently the main focus is my hand made tiaras. Very soon I will be adding veils, headresses, favours, silk bouquets and coursarges.

Are you tiaras really hand made?
Yes they are all designed and manufactured by me.

Where does the insperation for the designs originate ?
During my many years of experience in the wedding business i have learnt to understand the type of item the bride requires. This plus my eye for all things nature lends itself to many unique designs being created.

Can I provide my own design ?
Subject to there being no copyright problems, yes I can create a tiara based on any picture or design that you send me.

I would like matching tiaras for my bridesmaids, can you supply more than one?
Given plenty of time for the project , then yes I can supply as many tiaras as you require.

What about postage and packaging ?
I ship all articles in specially made, strengthened card board boxes. If an article arrives damaged i will discuss the options with you so that we can resolve any problems Postage charges are given depending on country , numbers etc.

What is Your Passionate ?
Your passionate is a site to allow you to purchase your bridal and wedding lingerie. We also intend to supply adult fun toys that will keep the happiness in your relationship.

How are the goods delivered ?
we deliver all goods in discreet packaging.

Will i receive emails from you after i purchase ?
No - we do not retain your details and therefore you can be assured that the only contact between you and your passionate is when you choose to make a purchase.

What about my credit card details ?
This site does not hold any credit card details - all of our transactions are processed by PayPal - if its good enough for ebay its good enough for us ;o)
